DPI 620
With the DPI 620 Genii, DRUCK sets a standard in portable calibration. This ultra-compact electrical, frequency and temperature calibrator and HART communicator provides simultaneous measurement and encoder functions for setting, testing and calibrating process instruments including pulse generators, transducers, gauges/indicators, switches, proximity detectors, counters, RTD, thermocouples and valve positioners, etc.
The new DPI 620 Genii IS multifunction pressure calibrator combines "best-in-class" performance with ATEX and IECEx approvals for use in hazardous areas. The rugged and weatherproof Genii IS provides control over electrical quantities, temperature, frequency and pressure with the greatest flexibility and reliability.
Together with many additional functions, the Genii IS performs best as a "3 in 1" calibrator, meter and HART/Foundation Fieldbus communicator in hazardous areas where explosive gases and air mixtures may occur. Combined with the tool-free replaceable battery pack, simple touch-swipe operation and always easy-to-read display, the Genii IS is also the smallest and lightest calibrator of its type.
The DPI 620G-B modular electrical calibrator and the DPI 620G-H HART Communicator provide cost-effective electrical measurement for pressure calibration in conjunction with the PV621/622/623/624 pressure stations, the PM620/PM620T pressure modules and MC620 module carriers.

The PV624 uses a hybrid approach to pressure control thereby leveraging the benefits of both manual and automatic control technology

Pressure Station
PV 621G, 622G and 623G
Three pressure generating stations are also available in ATEX-compliant versions as stand-alone units for hazardous areas:
PV 621G - Pneumatic pressure generator for pressures 95% negative up to 20 bar (300 psi).
PV 622G - Pneumatic pressure generator for pressures 95% negative up to 100 bar (1500 psi)
PV 623G - Hydraulic pressure generator for pressures up to 1,000 bar (15,000 psi)
Each pressure station is designed to operate independently as a pressure generator and can replace conventional hand pumps and gas cylinders, providing greater efficiency and ease of operation. The pressure generators can be used as comparators and pressure calibrators on a bench or in combination with a reference instrument such as the DPI 104.
Combining one of the pressure stations with a PM 620 pressure module and the DPI 620 calibrator creates a unique, powerful, stand-alone pressure calibrator.
Pressure Modules
PM620
The PM620 pressure module from DRUCK offers the highest accuracy and stability thanks to the new resonance silicon pressure sensor technology. The pressure modules allow easy pressure range conversion of compatible pressure calibrators from the DPI 620Genii and DPI612 Flex series. The device-specific calibration data is located directly on the sensor in the pressure module. Thus, a simple change of the measuring ranges is possible, which brings great flexibility.

With the PM 620LP low-pressure reference sensors and updated software for the PV 624 hybrid pressure controller, the DPI 620 Genii becomes an automatic low-pressure calibrator. The PM 620LP has a differential pressure connection so that calibrations can be carried out at very low pressures in a closed system and fully fulfil the requirements.

Pressure Calibrators
DPI 610E
The DPI 610E portable pressure calibrator combines pressure generation and measurement of the electrical output signal with significantly improved pump functions and a powerful user interface. The DPI 610E combines effortless pressure generation with highly accurate pressure measurement down to 0.025% of full scale and allows selection from 8 measuring ranges up to 35 bar (pneumatic version, incl. barometer) or 11 measuring ranges up to 1000 bar (hydraulic version).
The supply of the test item with voltage and current as well as the measurement of the output signal ensures the electrical function. Special functions such as documenting and exporting measured values, leak and switch tests are available as standard. The robust and resistant pressure calibrator has a large and high-contrast touch screen and a newly designed user interface and additional keys.
To extend the measuring ranges, the DPI 610E is compatible with the PM 700E pressure modules, while the RTD temperature probe enables temperature measurement. The HART interface comes as standard.
