Four new additional functions are now available in the measuring equipment monitoring software for monitoring and maintaining measuring and testing equipment.

Budget planner
With the Budget Planner, the expected monthly and annual costs for the calibration of the measurement equipment park are displayed in a widget in the cockpit. The Budget Planner widget is linked to the stored calibration costs on the test equipment and its due date. The price is shown in the detailed view of the test equipment and is maintained by the user - the costs of equipment of the same type can be of the same type can be edited by means of mass mutation.
With the additional column "Budget price" in the test equipment overview, the calibration prices are are displayed quickly and easily. The export to an Excel file allows for even more detailed budget planning.
Calendar function
With the calendar function, test equipment can be reserved for projects, assignments, planned loans or due calibrations in the laboratory or on site. The calendar entry shows the creator and the date of date of creation. Entries can be edited or deleted by the user at any time.
When borrowing, a previously made reservation can be accessed. Loans of test equipment and the return of test equipment, regardless of whether they have been reserved in advance, are automatically transferred to the calendar. Calendar entries that have been marked as blocking make it impossible to borrow equipment during the reservation period. lending during the period of the reservation.
Double Release Calibration Certificates
The "double approval" function allows a user with the appropriate rights to check and approve calibration certificates that have been added to the measuring equipment by a member of staff or an external calibration laboratory. If a certificate is uploaded, the measuring equipment concerned is marked red/green in the test equipment overview. At the same time, the defined user receives an e-mail in which he is asked to check the certificate, confirm or change the findings and release or reject the certificate.
The addition of a certificate and its release is saved as a separate history entry. Two additional columns in the list of test equipment show for which test equipment a certificate release is generally required and for which test equipment a certificate release is required. certificate approval is required in principle and where approval is still pending.
Backup function
Create weekly, monthly or annual backups? A backup of the measurement data can be created independently and with just two clicks. The backup is carried out in the background and as soon as it is completed, the user receives a link by e-mail under which it can be downloaded.
By default, the backup contains the test equipment list, a folder with all documents (certificates, reports) and an extract of all actions performed (history entries).
